Day +2: All’s well

Just a quick post to let you know I’m having a very good day, busy with iPad, xbox, and catching up on some email. Warren visited this afternoon, and we played more Ticket to Ride and Carcassonne on the xbox 360. I’ve done 215 laps around the ward since Nov. 24, managing still to keep my 25 per day average, although I realize this may change soon.

I’m also actually hungry today instead of having to sweet talk myself into eating. I’m about to have my first dose of Cytoxan now, and the final dose tomorrow. As with the other chemo, I’m well armed ahead of time with prophylactic drugs to ward off potential side effects.

Michael will be here this evening.
